My story

I’m an executive mentor and career adviser for emerging leaders, senior executives and business owners. I work with people who want to live and lead with integrity, face the tough stuff with courage and find the freedom to ‘play it their way’.

I spent much of my international business career tempering my natural exuberance to fit in, only to find I was most successful when I leveraged my natural abilities to connect, motivate, negotiate, inspire and make things happen. In other words, when I let go of who I thought I should be and found the freedom to be me. 

I can help you do that too.  I see the beauty and the potential in everyone, and I’m here to help you see it for yourself.

Andy Morris is an executive mentor, career adviser and consultant with more than 35 years’ experience in banking and wealth management. He has extensive experience in global financial and capital markets, risk management, governance and executive leadership.

With a career spanning London, New York, Sydney, Auckland and Queenstown his major roles include Head of Wealth at Westpac New Zealand, GM - Europe & America at Westpac, Treasurer at Lloyds Bank, Australia and CEO of NZAM.  He is a non-executive director for several privately-owned companies and sits on a number of advisory boards. 

Andy is a natural connector with a reputation for bringing people together, building genuine relationships, and approaching business with kindness, respect and a sense of fun. Some of the most rewarding moments in his career have come from mentoring others to recognise their strengths, challenge their thinking and expand their sense of what is possible. 


Andy lives by the ethos that true success is only possible when you take good care of your mental, emotional, spiritual and physical wellness. He loves to reset by spending time in nature, being by the water, skiing, hiking, yoga and having adventures at home and abroad.
